In order to protect the nonprofit status of Gene Potts Memorial, applicants with personal familiarity or affiliation with one or more individuals on the Board of Directors are unable to receive a grant award.
- Texas residency Applicants must reside in Texas.
- Current treatment Applicants must be currently undergoing radiation and/or chemotherapy treatment.
- Board affiliation Applicants with personal familiarity or affiliation with Gene Potts Memorial board members are not eligible for grant consideration.
